I have this on default.asp

shouldn't this make "private messages" invisible on the page when they are turned off, they still show up no matter what???

1) If you have set the admin option Allow Private Messages to off in admin_pmmaint.asp, then the code will not show.

2) If a member has decided to disable her PM, it will still show up.

If no. 1 is the case, and it still shows up, something is amiss. Make sure that you have added the all the code in config.asp

If no. 2 is the case, then that is they way that the mod is supposed to work.
