I've just implemented this MOD.
I can see the options in admin options.
I have changed the code for the header, but it's not updating. I followed the instructions in the ReadMe religiously, and double checked them.
Be glad to provide text files if needed. Don't mind creating an Admin account if someone wants to play with it.
Thanks. |

Yessir, I did. I'm going to recheck my asp files again against the ReadMe.
I know I've done something stupid again.

Seems a silly Q. I know, but did you enable the MOD in the S.I admin page and enable the specific area, finally clicking the 'set changes' button? |

Only silly Q is the one not asked ;-)
SI features are "on", header went green & show borders are also on. I see no difference :-(
Oh, I even tried enabling a footer with nothing in it but pure text, and that didn't show either. |

It's a forum I've been developing for a while. It also has quite a few mods already applied: PM Pager, Active Users, Classifieds, Photo Albums, Avatars, FlashChat.
What I want to do is just remove the whole snitz header & replace it with a table, to match the rest of our site. I then want to incorporate the existing links (the ones that vary depending on whether you're logged on or not) into that table. (if possible)

yup that should be perfectly possible. What you might need to do is close down the forums until all the users have closed their browsers, which will reset the application variables on the server and reload the S.I. MOD variabales. This happens occasionally unfortunately. |

It's not used very much right now, and there has been no-one on all day apart from me :-) I still couldn't do anything. I turned it off, logged out, logged back in & turned it back on. I don't know enough about asp to find out where my fault is, as I'm not getting any error messages or anything like that. It just isn't doing anything. |

I've sent you an e-mail through here, the site isn't supposed to be fully open yet ;-) |

Just wanted to let people know that D3mon helped me out tremendously. I had the code right, it just hadn't updated properly on the server.
This mod is the bomb, and it sat happily on top of my modded forum quite nicely.
Thank you D3mon!! |
