Hey all,
I am looking for a good, simple (free) auction script written in ASP. I have tried the Xcent "Quick Auction" script, and the ASP Auction script. Xcent was OK, but one problem I have is that I cannot change/adjust the display time from the server to the local time. I need to be able to do this because the target audience is New Zealanders, and the server is 18 hours behind, and it would confuse a lot of people, even if I wrote a note explaining the difference. The ASP Auction script was a bit too basic, and because it was written in the UK and worked on in the USA too, there are a lot of errors due to spelling mistakes (take "color" and "colour" for example).
So I am basically looking for a simple auction script that lets people register and bid on auctions. I don't need or want other people to be able to list auctions, as I will be the only person doing that. I am also not fussed with all the fancy things like charging for feature auctions etc. I would like some way to set a reserve price, and let the bidders know when it has passed the reserve.
