Looks like someone got their hands on the admin's password; change the password for that user and make sure nobody else has admin priveleges. Also, as Erick said, make sure you have all the bug fixes applied.

no lets clear this up im not the admin the admin has left because of problems between him adn the site owner and some one that goes by tetrix hacked the site and messed it up
I'm afraid theres really nothing anyone here can do to help, the site admin/site owner are the only people capable of maintaining the site and applying the required security fixes to prevent it from happening
Ever considered setting up a Snitz forum yourself ? It's pretty easy to do and there are some free webhosts you can find to put the forum on, all you'd need is a domain name (and you can get them for free if you look around as well).
