So how often should there be a new release ? All the developers (I'm sure) lead busy lives apart from pouring as much time into Snitz as they can. The MODs are created are the simple fact that you bolt-on what you want that isn't in the base code. If you don't have time, find a person (volunteer or paid) that can do the work for you.

I'm a programmer and between my work and life I am able to fit in about 30 minutes to program. If not, I usually spend 10 minutes trying to work on a software.
