The page cannot be found. This error occurs when i click on the ? in Ranking Configuration for stars for mods or the stars for adimins.

Its a popup. If i hold the shift key down i get a blank page and it has this for a url.

the /popups part shouldn't be in there. You must have modified the code or are using a mod or something.

Try putting your cursor on the icon and see what shows up in the status bar of your browser.

When i put the cursor over the icon i get the address mentioned above.

I agree Nikkol, something must be wrong.

You will need to edit pop_config_help.asp to remove the reference to the popup folder. You must have changed it and that is causing the problem.

What would i look for to change. I replaced the whole file with a new one and it still does the same thing.

just take out the /popups part out of admin_config_ranks.asp

I did a find text search and it comes up with nothing for /popups. As i go down the list of ? i find that all the ranks ones do nothing. They have no url when you hold the cursor over them. You can't click on them.
