Hello

I'm using access 97 and have got hold of a MDE file that's password protected. Does anyone know if there is a method of cracking an MDE file that's p'word protected in order to restore it to an MDA file so I can make changes to it? (This sounds dodgy but it isn't I assure you.)

Try a google search. There are programs to recover Access 97 passwords, but I don't know if they work on MDE files.
