Just a few comments on the beta.
- In admin options, Show Quick Paging and Show Prev/Next Topic help options are not present.
- I don't know if it's the new application config variables or not, but the speed drastically improved - Thanks!!
- This one has been there a long time and even though it's a nit, just bothers me. <img src=icon_smile.gif border=0 align=middle>
Forum.asp seems to be the only file that displays the words "All Forums" in the tree link with an underline link before those words. A change to line 160 in forum.asp is needed. Simply move the <a href=...> after the in that line.

I know, they are commented out in the code. I still have to think when writing English sentences, so I left them.
If anyone feels like providing me with some text for the help I'll make sure it gets included in Beta 3

Since I only removed a few %><% tags and did nothing about the use of Response.QueryString etc. any improvement in speed is the result of the changes in config.asp
