Has anyone ever had any problems with this? IE Authentication fine, but Netcrap just does not seem to want to work.

oh Netscape.... no authentication problems reported here. Opera and Mozilla reportedly fine as well.

I think you have to use Basic Authentication in Netscape.

Well this is using Netscape 4.8. I just installed the new Netscape and it works fine, but I do not have any other version of netscape. They want to have NT Authentication turned on so you can not access the site unless you have the username/password. Any other ideas?

If you're just looking to logon, then basic authentication will get you what you need. People just need the ability to logon to the machine locally. It should work with NS 4.8, but I haven't tried it.

If you're using windows integrated authentication, then be careful because you can't use that and access remote files anywhere nor will it work behind a firewall. Just something to think about.
