I don't know what the error is, i just can't pick it.

Fixed after reviewing topic.asp and changing a few typo's, missed lines, etc...

You can not vote. I've been thru the code and can't see whats wrong. Anyone got any ideas?

You're missing the javascript code from your inc_header.asp file. There is some javascript code that belongs to the poll mod. Look over your inc_header.asp file.
