A member says they are getting this error.

javascript:NewOpenWindow('pop_add_avatar.asp','450','300','no','no')

Would i be correct in assuming that this error would be in the pop_add_avatar.asp file. There are no lines 450 or even 300.

What is the exact error message the user gets?
And the numbers 450 and 300 are the width and height for the window to be opened.

I will have to wait until they come back on to find out the exact error.

They said it is the same message - is that possible?

Did you edit your post? Didn't you say to turn off friendly error messages?

The code you posted above is no error message.

How many people are getting the "error"?
Are you getting it?
Could you post a link to the page where it occurs?

This is what they said:

"Why do I get this message when I try to add my avatar?"

I don't get it and so far only this one person gets it but my forum is small right now.
