My crystal ball is in for a tune-up, but I think he's meaning the cyclone (what do you guys call it in the US again ?) is heading for NC.

Hurricane... and I pretty much figured it out, but a lot of people would not have been able to speculate what the heck the subject was about. I think the linked photo which is NOT showing from weather.com is a good lead though.

It doesn't show, but when I cut&pasted the URL and had a look, then returned here, then it worked. My guess is that they don't allow remote linking.

Hurricane, thanks dayve .... I knew it wasn't typhoon but couldn't think of the US term
