Hi All, I am soon going to spending a few months in c hina where the government block access to my favourite news site http://news.bbc.co.uk as well as blocking many other sites that they think have 'objectionable content'.
Does anyone know of a way to circumvent this ? last time i was out there i tried looking at a copy of the bbc webpage via googles cached page, but even that didnt show up.
any help, very greatfully received... |

HuwR - a bit of an extreme suggestion, not an option! D3Mon - thats not a bad idea, i can use an international dialup.
What i was actually thinking of, was somekind of foreign proxy. but i dont know anything about this. do you ? |

Though I'm only 15, I've already decided that going to countries without FULL FAST Internet access is not an option...hehe, I'm addicted to the net!
Anyway, you can thy the DynHTTP server component to get the HTML from the news site ... then it looks like your just going to the server's site. |
