like those but their scripts are very confusing and im not that good with javascript.
Instead could you help me with my script?
Its simmilar to thiers only simpiler.

Also how do i set a value to a text area using javascript?

I think part of your problem is that the function you have is named popup but you also have a form named popup. Try changing the name of the function.

Also, to change the textarea value you can use something like:

document.getElementById("nameoftextarea").value = "stufftowrite";
