I have used several different versions of this file and I cannot get it to open. I have several mods installed including avatar, news, new event, PM, etc. I just noticed this the other night, anyone have any suggestions?

it also gives me this error when i try to access the page directly

most likely, you've deleted the include to inc_footer or inc_footer_short (don't remember which) on that page. take a look at the original file to help you fix it.
