I've had the private messages mod installed on my forum at
http://www.deity-online.co.uk/forum/ for a while now, but we've been experiencing two bugs with it, that despite my frequent searching, I've been unable to determine the cause of.

Firstly, when deleting a private message or group of private messages - via either the privateread.asp's delete button, or selecting one or more messages on the main inbox screen - ALL messages in the inbox are deleted, regardless of whether they are checked or not.

Secondly, when there are multiple PM's in anyone's inbox, clicking to open any of them will make them all lead to viewing the PM that was most recently sent, instead of the actual message. Hence users can only have 1 PM at a time, and deleting one to read the next is impossible as a result of the afore mentioned problem with deleting messages.

I would really really appreciate any help anyone could give me with this, feel free to sign up to the forums and try it out, I've reactivated the PM system, and can paste any ASP files into text files if you need to view them etc..

If it's the only mod installed on your forum. Then i advice you to download the latest snitz and install the PM on the fresh one.

I know one thing for sure is that you made a mistake installing the PM mod. I run the PM now since..for every..and had never a problem not on MS Access nore on MySQL.
