Have you tried software like Undelete? http://www.executivesoftware.com/undelete/undelete.asp
Besides getting a site about russian mail order brides, that seemed to be one of the most reliable sites Google came up with when I did a search.

Try not to install, uninstall, add or delete any files until you've recovered the lost files though. I heard that can make the process of retrieving deleted files more difficult.

I'm using Restorer2000 Trial....

I'd feel better if I actually knew the files were here...I re-installed Windows on the 9th or 10th...so if they were lost when I moved them from the C:\ to the G:\, I'm screwed...

I never trust just one backup anymore. I move the files to a second drive AND make backups on CDs.
Sorry I can't be of any more help though...
