So I uploaded all the files (including Inc_iconfiles.asp)...and I'm getting some weird happenings.
One is that my forum is now running VERY slow, and the gradient "flash" is now prolonged. Also, before loading my forum, it displays an error message for a split second, THEN displays the forum fine.

Anyone?

There seems to be something wrong in inc_iconfiles.asp, if you look at the HTML source you get:
"" & fAltText & """ title=""" & fAltText & """" & fOtherTags & " />"
end function
%><html><head>
<title>ben - harper dot net</title>

	<script src="rollover.js" type="text/javascript"></script>
</head>
<body>
<STYLE type="text/css">

Post a link to a .txt version of your inc_iconfiles.asp

And also the icons aren't resizing. (They're still being displayed at 15 X 15)...but right now that seems like kind of a mute point, and they're most likely related.

got one too many double-quotes here:

getCurrentIcon = "<img src=""" & strTempImageUrl & tmpicons(0) & """" & fWidth & fHeight & " border=""0"" alt=""" & fAltText & """ title=""" & fAltText & """" & fOtherTags & " />"

try this:

getCurrentIcon = "<img src=""" & strTempImageUrl & tmpicons(0) & """ & fWidth & fHeight & " border=""0"" alt=""" & fAltText & """ title=""" & fAltText & """" & fOtherTags & " />"

It's not loading slow to me. However, I'd say your problem is somewhere with inc_header as you now have two instances of <html> beginning tags. You've probably stuck an include to your own file in inc_header somewhere and that included file has a <html><head> section when it shouldn't.

As far as the folder sizes.. not sure why it's not resizing if you changed the values in inc_iconfiles, but you probably should get the other issue straightened first anyway.

Doh, perhaps it wasn't that then (best add that quote back in). Did you install my Site Integration mod? If so what happens if your disable it?

Got something to do with the inc_header.asp file then. Sites down at the moment though?
