archer_g, could you let me know what caused the error and what you did to fix it?
There are some other people getting the error as well.

but what is this Google key you're talking about ?
Do I have to get one from Google? Can't seem to find anything about
it on google.com.

Yes, this is a free service, although it is still in Beta stage and I read somewhere in the Google Groups that it's not sure if it's gonna stay free once it's out of beta stage.

1000 query limit per day makes me unable to put it on my site. **** shame because it could have been a nice feature.

Yeah, this is not for high traffic sites; maybe they increase the number of queries available in the future.

OWM - It's very nice script you wrote to use it, I wish they do increase the number.

I would think they would love to distribute this to sites using the Adsence campaigns (and get Adsense working with the searches). More money in everyone's pockets.

But I'm not sure they're taking that view with this, it does seem to be more of a "develop-y" project then a money one.

This has been reported several times before, but noone was able to tell me what they did (ie what query they submitted) when they got the error.
What was the query you were trying to send?
