please take a look at my dark age of camelot guild forum
its nearly standard with smilie-, pm- and avatar-mod

Looks good! I played DAoC for a year and a half on the Kay Server. I wish I knew about Snitz back then because I used vBulletin at the time and didn't have a clue as to what I was doing.

I agree, new icons are a must. Throws off the whole look with the standard icons.

Here's what I would do:
Make the logo smaller (by trimming off black space)...then put the Login and Links under it, while also eliminating the horizontal scroll.

You can find replacement icons here, here or on my site (link in sig). On my site you can view different coulured icons by going to Customise in the Interact menu.

hmm. the xp-icons are very huge and its a lot of work
in photoshop till you can place them on black background.
railway.com is under construction and frutzle is closed
your icons are very nice but... green

You can download different coloured sets (blue, red or yellow) by going to Customise on the Interact menu. Sometimes it can pay off to do a quick Google on these things as well; you never know what you might turn up.
