This code is not available as a MOD, AFAIK.
You could try to contact Erin (TestMagic here on the forums) and ask if he shares the code.

I have random text ads in each of the posts and random graphic banners within inc_header.asp. I accomplished this just by searching out the correct lines of code to insert. I use a random asp script.
