NO
You need to be able to access admin_home.asp (which you were supposed to do first as clearly outlined in the readme) so that you can install the MOD from the dbs file. You need to basically start over I think, I don't know of an easier way.

that's the first thing i did (admin_home.asp) and it worked,
but if i can't get to it now, what do i do?

You start over. Did you have any other MODs installed or not? Generally you make a backup of your files before installing a MOD, so at least you learned a lesson.

start over with the WHOLE forum...or just the MOD...cuz i re-uploaded the files in the "34" folder (which is the first step), but i still can't get to latearrivalmusic.com/forum/admin_home.asp.
it still has that same error :(

starting over means first replacing your asp files with the backup copies you made before you added the MOD. Then, add the MOD again.
