how do i (or CAN i) receive all posts so i can approve them before actually putting them on the forum?

- Logon as admin
- Click the "Edit Forum Properties Icon" () on default.asp
- Select "All Posts Moderated" from the "Moderation" dropdown box

why don't i see a Moderation dropdown box?
all i see is screensize, category, default days, increase post count, etc.

???

You have to enable it first:

Admin Section -> Feature Configuration -> Allow Topic Moderation -> On

Have you set each Category and forum to allow moderation?
