You will need to add the MOD listed here:

http://www.snitzbitz.com/mods/details.asp?Version=All&mid=52

The directions for how to add it are included in the download file at that URL.

MODs are modifications, extra features that are not included in the standard snitz code.

Take a look at the MOD Add-On Forum (W/Code), released MODs are posted there.
Also, a lot are available for download at SnitzBitz.

If you want to have Avatars in your Snitz Forum, you'll have to install the Avatar MOD, which you can download here.
In order to install it, you will have to modify certain files of your standard Snitz files, installation instructions can be found in a readme file included in the zip.

Oh god, it requires a lot of modification. One mistake and every thing goes into crap. Hell

I think next version should have in built Avtars.

Just be careful when you do the modifications, follow the instructions and all should be well.
If you need help, or get any error messages, feel free to ask.

Yes, I understand how you feel. But this is really a different issue.

If it's really too difficult to do, you could request a pre-MODded forum from the members. There are a few around (but not guaranteed or supported by Snitz).

The link is working for me; try http://www.palace4all.de/avatarpage/

Now to your error: seems you've done something wrong while modifying that page...
Re-check the changes you've made as instructed in the readme.
