I have installed the Avatar Mod for 3.4 (Original Author: Richard Kinser, adapted by Hamlin). I have a snitz forum version 3.4.0.3.

I think i have succesfully installed it. I can configure within the snitz forum the Avatar Setup. I can (and have uploaded) 20 pictures. They are viewable within the Avatar Setup panel. The only problem is that they are not visible in the forum itself! Even not in the User profile pages.

Avatar Settings
Avatar Border: Yes
Avatar Size: 96 x 96
Show Avatar in Profile: Yes
Is what i have indicated in the Avatar Setup.

What could be wrong?

Do you get any error messages?
Are you sure you have done all the modifications stated in the readme?
Could you post post a link to your forum?

Probably only a change or two is missed in the topic.asp as you have said.

Tried the forum and you've probably missed a step or something, try checking all of your changes.

Ik checked everything again and again. can't find out what's wrong
