Use notepad. Word is not a safe editor for asp pages.

which prefixes, the table or the file? In either case, it is done for development reasons.

Also, could you please edit your signature and put a smaller picture in there please?

first, please change your signature to take out the huge picture.

did you follow the instructions in the readme and uncomment the database type in config.asp? if you think you did then save your config.asp file as a text file and post a link to it so we can take a look for ourselves.

Click the icons at the right side of the table when you are in default.asp to create new categories and forums. Hover your mouse over each one to see what they do.

You should start a new topic if you have new unrelated questions to the subject of the topic where you are posting. Using search will also answer most of the questions you might have.

Regarding your current questions, read the faq: http://forum.snitz.com/faq.asp

Next time, be sure to start a new topic when you have new questions.

I'm sure you won't find anything if you search for 'stickies'. Maybe use a more common expression, like 'sticky topic':

http://forum.snitz.com/forum/topic.asp?TOPIC_ID=42622&SearchTerms=,create,sticky,topic

Beware that writing in caps is considered a violation of forum etiquette. That surely is not the best way to get the help you've been looking for...

You are not allowed to do it? You mean here?

You are allowed to do it if you are an admin or a moderator, so you should be able to create them in your forum. I thought that was what you were asking about...
