Is there an avatar MOD which provides gif pics or URLs to avatars, a couple of files to upload, and a couple of files to edit? I hope I am making myself understood. I just want a simple one. There are ones where you can upload avatars from admin_home.asp and such but I just want where members can pick an avatar from a drop-box and that avatar is inserted into their posts. There would be no feature for admins to upload more MODs.

That one has the uploading feature. I am looking for one where the avatar URLs or pic file names are already in the code.

I don't believe there is one like that, but just install it and get a healthy offering of decent avator photos, you could get them from the proboards (web-based forum) site I believe.
