That looks really nice I like it! You did a terrific job
The only problem I see is within active topics. when it shows the time in the drop down menu. If you go to rollover on the menu navigation like forum. It interferes with the menu. So when you try to then view the submenu of activity you can't see the first line. Same goes with Search dropdown menu portion.
I had the same thing happen in mine the only thing I figure out was to make sure the select box wasn't in the position to interfere with the menu.

It's rather dark, but besides that it looks nice.
First of all, rename your logo. Naming it "banner" is bad practice. I wrote something about that not too long ago, you can do a search if you want.
Secondly, if you use a image different from the standard image to show new posts, you might also want to add the  icon to the legend at the bottom of the pages. Otherwise people won't know what it's for.
Third, and last, a table border color would be a good idea IMO. Right now I find it hard to see what info belongs to what topic/row.
It seems your forums have stopped responding for some reason. |

The icon legend does reflect the new icon at the bottom of the page when I look .....
Forum may have been waiting for DNS refresh I guess.....

| In the legend you have the yellow icon folder and the yellow square that says "new". The purple icon folder isn't in the legend, but IMO it should be since it's used and in itself not very descriptive. |

I see you are from Sydney, that explains it. I have had a hacker from brisbane give me problems for about 2 months now....A real pain in the butt!
I guess your IP range is the same as his.
