I assume this is easy given that when someone edits their e-mail we are sending them a letter. What I would like to do is send them an e-mail stating
"Your User Name was Edited. The new User Name is XYZ. Please make a note of it?"
This would be good for when the user requests it (so you don't have to waste your time e-mailing them that you have handled their request) and when you do it of your own volition as the moderator when someone creates a stupid or vulgar name.
