I know this has been mentioned before, but I'm wondering this:
What's the best way to allow an admin to write html (when it's disallowed for everyone else)?

Looking that the posting function in inc_func_common.asp:

Is it better to replace this:
if strAllowHTML <> "1" then
with this:
if strAllowHTML <> "1" and mLev <> 4 then
OR
is just setting this:
if mLev = 4 then strAllowHTML = 1
a better way?
