It appeared to work, in that I didn't get an error when posting a new topic with an attachment. The topic suggested that an attachment was present by way of the paper clip image. But, when the topic is viewed, there is no attachment. When I went to edit the topic, there was no sign of the attachment there either.
You can see the new topic here entitled 'test' http://coarsefish.com/forum/forum.asp?FORUM_ID=6

Anton, please post a link to a .txt version of your topic.asp - seems there's something missing in the topic.asp file that came with the MOD.

OK Michael, you'll find it here

I don't know if it's relevant, but on the new 'Pike Forum' we have 4 topics but the list suggests that there is only 2. Just in case it helps to point anywhere for you.

Topic count update sorted that.

Anton, I'm taking a look at that issue now.
One more question - does the upload work (does the image exist on your server)?

Yes the image is on the server after posting a new topic, even if not displayed in the post.

OK Anton, I thin I found the error, please redownload inc_func_attachments.zip and reupload inc_func_attachments.asp to your forum folder.

Let me know if it works.

Hi Michael
I'm afraid that it didn't work. We are back to the following error:

There has been a problem!

The field 'FORUM_ATTACHMENTS.REPLY_ID' cannot contain a Null value because the Required property for this field is set to True. Enter a value in this field.

Michael, it works in that an image can be posted in a new topic, but if I edit the new topic I don't get the options:

Keep current attachment
Delete current attachment
Upload new attachment

Which means the image stays as originally posted even if I try to post a replacement.

No such problem when I reply to the topic, post image, and edit. I get all the options.

I can also delete the replies and the original topic with no problem (images and all)
