Okay, just so there are no misunderstandings, and no more back biting I am showing you the email I recieved from Bozden this morning. I have no idea what precipitated this letter.

Maybe you should have figured out what the issue was before purging out his member name...
I once had someone hijack someone elses email to persuade me to modify an account. (be careful)
That didn't sound like Bozden, you would think he would explain his motives.
Edit: Was that email sent on April Fools day?
Once you post a topic to the forum, isn't it technically property of
the forum?

believe me it was from Bozden.
And yes, technically your post belongs to the forum, that is something you agree to by signing up, in some cases we will remove someones posts if they request it, but to do so with Bozdens would be impossible without trashing all the work done on ver 4, his posts are crucial for someone else to take over the project. |

Actually no regardless of any TOS, the contents of any post made by a person is protected by copyright, it remains their property.
edit: I should note that thats what our legal begals have told us anyway, I'm no lawyer just accept they know what they're talking about. |

| Huw don't be hasty. I know a little about how you feel. It would be a shame to waste all of the effort of V4 because of this. Wait a little and Bozden may feel differently. |
