Try to use a transparent set of images for the "Powered by"-Logo and the login/logout buttons.
Otherwise it looks good, but the multilanguage thing isn`t working that much, since you have added a lot of things and they aren`t translated.

You could consider upgrading to a 3.4 version or at least ensure you have all the latest security patches installed. You have a nice forum.

This Is a nice looking color scheme. Its nice and settle like your looking at a brand new remote.lol. But, i don't like that fixed BG. it makes my eyes go cross eyed. I always think sites with this trick, Makes the site look kinda cheesy
