This mod force member to read the policy of your forum when user checks the box of agreement the button of agrees will turn on.

Mod Install
There 2 main changes in the file policy.asp
You can download the zip file and flow change in the file that mark with
************ agreement terms confirm ********************

[Note]:
I don't wither you can replace your file with my file in the zip. Make backup 1st and replace with it for save your information.

It only forces them to check the box, they still don't have to read it

i think it is same like yahoo! or hotmail they force you to write what you see in the box

Maybe build a time delay into it (say 30 seconds), but they still don`t need to read it.

It's a weird internet thing whereby, in this case for example, the user clicks the checkbox they are acknowledging that they agree to the rules whatever, if they've read them or not.
In the same way, if you 'god forbid' hack into a computer and are greeted with 'Welcome to this computer' you 'in theory' are welcome to do whatever to the machine.
Not saying I agree with this, just read it somewhere

hey wot if u was to use the check box so that they signup for a newsletter that u have on ur site???in the polocy u would chnage it to say that u agree that u will recive the newsletter or somthign like that.

here's an idea, make them take a test on the Agreement Policy and if they fail, they can not register, that way you can enforce that they have read it!!
