Hello everyone. I have a question. Is there a way in Windows.NET Server 2003 or Windows Server 2000 to limit the outgoing bandwidth of a NIC to a certain bitrate? Right now I have a WAP that I wan to tlimit the bandwidth going to, internet bandwidth, so the people using it will only achieve download speeds of 100 Kbps or so. Anyone know of a way or have any programs? Thanks!
