Does anyone use a good customer tracking software (or a access database) for tracking their website hosting customers? I'm looking for a new solution to track stuff like domain name, IP address, billing address, cc#, charge per month, email address, alternate email address, notes, and an interface to generate invoices (and maybe email them right from the app)
Some control panels have that all built in, personally I just use Excel for keeping much of my records.
If you do a search over a www.webhostingtalk.com for say Invoicing or Tracking you'll probably find some reccomendations.
One pacakge I've looked at that looked pretty good was www.phpbill.com It's due to be released sometime soon I think. Theres also some perl pacakages around too but can't think of the name of any right now sorry.
