I have downloaded and unzipped this mod into my forums directory.. It says I need to install the tables on my DB with the MOD setup feature.. The problem here is, I don't see the Active Users option on the pull down list and it does not give me the code to manually create the tables! Please help! |

That is not a bug, that is how the mod works.
There is a setting in Config Active Users called Active Users Timeout. If you set that value to 10, it will take 10 minutes before a visitor disappears as Active. If you set the value to 0, a visitor will be removed immediately and that is as close to real time as you can get.
However, that will also mean that all visitors to your website will always have an Active time of 0 minutes (or possibly 1 minute). If you want to see how long a visitor has been on your site, you must set the value above 0.
Remember that a visitor can read the content of a page on your website, or a post, and that can take a couple of minutes. Do you still consider them to be active on your website? You must take this into consideration when you set the timeout value. The visitor's status is updated when the visitors loads a page or when the timout-value comes true. |

Okay.. One more question (sorry!).. On the table where the Stats are, the top bar which is supposed to say "Board Stats" is all Green. Like the Cell is the right color, but the text is also Green. It's supposed to be Yellow! If you goto http://www.leo-land.net/forum and look, you'll see what I mean.. The whole cell, text included, is one color!
Okokokok 1 more! I just made some a moderator on my forum. Now when he is on, it shows him as an Anonymous Member! Please help with this too! |

Could you provide a link to a text-version of your default.asp? Your forum doesn't appear the same as mine do with the AU in a separate table.
What option has the member made moderator chosen for AU in his profile, show online or not show online? |

Oki
To fix the color for Board Statistics, open inc_activeusers.asp and look the following piece of code:
" <font face=""" & strDefaultFontFace & """ size=""" & strDefaultFontSize & """ color=""" & strCategoryFontColor & """><b>" & fLang(strLangMOD_Ls3kAU_00001) & "</b></font>" & VBNewLine & _
Change the red-marked text to strHeadFontColor, and you have have the same color for Board Statistics as you have for Forum, Topics, etc. |

Quick question - I am installing 40.17 for v3.4.03 and I just finished MOD setup and it updated the database fine. Instructions say to make sure to check the the checkbox (to delete database when finished). My permissions were set so that this file was NOT deleted at end of MOD setup. Must it be deleted? If yes what is the file name that must be deleted.
Thanks |

Don`t think, it needs to be deleted. But normally you won`t need it anymore, so you can do it. The file name is dbs_activeusers.asp |
