Email verification mod error!!!!!!!!

I have been trying to input this mod to my forum but I always get this error.

Error Type:
Microsoft VBScript compilation (0x800A03F8)
Expected 'Sub'

I have put all the code in the right places and everything looks like it is in the file thats comes with the script

Here are the codes the line that the error refers to is in red.

Hope any one can help because i have put this in 4 times now and im almost giving up on this mod implements.
