I register for in the forum using hotmail when i hit the active key this message appear to me while the active key is ok

Your activation key was not found in our database. ...etc

I delete this user then I registered again, but I cope the active code to the browser. It shows massage

Your Registration Has Been Completed ...etc

This mean the hotmail users if they hit the link 1st message will appear.

I too, received an e-mail from a user of our boards www.jsssoftware.com who gets Activation Key Not Found but is able to post to the boards and he is registered? Anyone have an idea what I should be looking for? I opened the database and checked his registration and all looks OK there.

if he is already registered and can post, then there won't be an activation key since they are already activated.

Exactly, so why is the message appearing? He can log in without problems from his work machine no message but his home machine produces this message. Activation Key Not Found! I had him clear his cache and delete his cookies. I checked the database for his information and everything seems to be fine. However, no matter what he does he receives the message clicks off then continues on his way.

you will only get that message if you click on the link in the registration email
