I have a user that reported this:

I can't scroll down to see everything. I tried to register for the forum, but couldn't scroll to the agree button.

Anyone have any ideas what might cause that?

Is the forum in a javascipt pop-up? That's the only way you can control scrollbars, can't see it been a browser issue.

If your forum opens in a JS window, make sure you have scrollbars=yes in the openWindow method, scrollbars=auto is generally unstable for browser compatibility, and leaving this empty will default to scollbars=no

Checked in Opera 6.05;
though I think that the source of this problem is client-side.
Or has anyone else had any problems similat to the one you posted, Nikkol?

No one else has .. it must be her browser is out of whack. She said she has IE (on Windows) but didn't tell me what version.

Something like that happened to a previous boss. They called me into the office, all alarmed, and it turned out that their screen was adjusted properly. So, all the stuff on the edges wasn't visible. And something similar happened to a friend--turned out that the screen, although visible, wasn't "active," so all commands were not being sent to that browswer window. Can you ask the person if the arrows or Page Down buttons work? Just some ideas...

She tried resizing the window and moving it etc. It made no difference.

Nikkol,
Looked at you website ( again!, glad you got the left nav sorted! ) but, anyone correct me if I am wrong, there is no way to control scrollbars when linking via a normal anchor tags, the only way is via JS pop-ups!

TestMagic's theory may get you somewhere

Wouldn't life be simpler if we didn't have clients to p!ss us off

I told the person to ask their tech person at work to look at the computer - how's that for a cop-out? She's also going to try it at home too.

And yes about the nav - just switched to using span instead of table cells.
