How about you tell her to ask her host how she can access and/or forward the emails sent to that address

I told her that and her host has not been online for a few months and she can not get hold of her so i said i would ask all the smart ppl over here as i know your all so nice

There's not much we can do without knowing a) if she has a webmail interface where she can set properties such as forwarding or b) if she knows the smtp on pop mail server addresses to receive her email.

My advise to her is to get a new host, one that is available when you need help, and explains what can and can't be done with the hosting package. It sounds like she's using one of those "basement hosts" who found something else/better to do...
