is there a good site that help your to learn ASP ?

Want to learn as much about this as possible.
Also is there any programs out there to visualy do the layout of the forum, Like you can with frontpage with HTM ? Or is it just a case of doing it in ultraedit like i am already ?

With the forums not using any HTML, you'll have to stick with editors such as ultraedit or another popular one around here is Aranae(sp?)
