What mod do i need to install to stop admins getting into the Admin options. Only the super admin can go in to the admin options ?

I downloaded one and tried it but it stopped even the superadmin getting into admin options.

The whole point of an admin is that they CAN access those options. Try setting your users to moderators instead of admins and then setting them up to moderate specific forums.
