Davio,
i upgraded your new mod dated jan 4... i dunno if thats how it is. I selected ON under "Allow Users to View Poll Results Before Voting". After I finished voting... i can see the result. but later if i decide to go back to the topic and view the result again, I would have to press View Result. Is that correct??
also say I voted, but I didnt reply a comment. but decided to do it later... well, the posting go throught, but it keep telling me that "You cannot view the poll results before you vote!" but i already voted before.... I tried different USERNAME. and it was the same.
note: I am testing this in house (have a server at home)
oh, there is one thing different with my files... i included the code from the SitePoll files too.
i hope i made some sense. |

Are you saying it gives you the option to vote again when you view the topic, after you have voted? You are supposed to see the results when you go back to view the poll. Hopefully you are not pressing the back button on your browser to go back to the topic.quote:

I understand this. What does a reply have to do with the poll? The only time you would get that message is if you are trying to view the results before you vote, by entering the url of the results in your browser bar. |

yes, I can vote again and again...and again. and yes, after voting i do see the result. but once i get out, and come back to it later.. I see the Poll again. also, under ADMIN. it tells you who had voted. well, it doesnt tell me who, but it doesnt tell me how many ppl.
i created a testing poll forum. go test it out.
Do you think I added something wrong?? I can email you my file if you want to look at it....

Ok, the update I made recently to the poll mod doesn't exactly work as it should. I will need to look back over the code.

| oh, one more thing.. if I turn off that feature "Allow Users to View Poll Results Before Voting".. the poll works fine. it even tell me who voted. |

| Download the Updated Files from the same location. Read the readme that comes with it and also use the history.txt to help you. |
