There is an allowed members list area, where all members can view a board, but how would I go about making a not allowed members list.

What I want is to have 1-2 people who cannot view certain boards because of age restrictions, username (because of banning), and USER IP (because of past flooding)

I have other boards they are allowed to post in, but I dont want them on one board, is there a way to do this anyone know?

You need to edit the forum properties and need to set the Auth type there. This means also adding their the allowed users.
