Is it possible to use NT Authentication but still have a logout button for users to manually logout? I use the Active Users Mod and find that with NT Authentication turned on, the users show up until their session expires because they have no option to logout.

Just a FYI When you logout and active users mod is on. then the use is just a guest and it still times out.
