Is there anyway to set a trigger to email the administrator or a group of users (admin level) when a new forum item is posted?

I am running a pretty low volume forum and would like the administrators to get emails as new items are posted, forum wide.

What other email alerts are available?

If you subscribe to the topics (be sure to turn on subscriptions, though), you will receive notice when a new item is posted.
