It had this error when I tried that Mod
Microsoft JET Database Engine error '80040e10'

No value given for one or more required parameters

/iissamples/forum/inc_AdminLevel.asp, line 15


so how could I do now

Don`t know about that Mod, but this usually means that you have done something wrong while implementing the code for the Mod into the files. Recheck all the changes you did.

Did you run the DBS file BEFORE you changed the code?

so how could I do to fix it ?

It was a bug in the DBS file, I updated the MOD to ver 1.2 re-run the new DBS file
