I usually now and then get this message blank screen with the text "Service Unavailable". It's really annoying since it's hard to proceed with exmaples updating profile and such when everytime you try tp update is says "Service Unavailable". What to do?

Nothing in the forum would produce that message. Must be something on the server that is generating that message.

what server do you suggest for me to use?

There are many hosts you could use, both free and paid. My signature has a link to a free forums forum, and if you search in the the community forums, you'll find many discussions on hosting.
