Sorry to be a party pooper, but it is a great site, just there seems to be a conflict of interest here.. Why is Robbear7 now saying this on his forum:
quote: Important! We have relocated our support forum! Please visit http://www.r7designer.com/forum This has been done to aquire our new domain: www.r7designer.com
Which the forum is Powered by Invision Board v1.1 BETA 4 © 2002. Does this mean he is dropping Snitz and going to Invision? Mind you he has done a nice job of the graphics there.
Just thought that I would point it out. If it wasn't for the fact that most of the area's are now closed on the Snitz forum that was awarded, I would not of noticed.

Brujo,
It is still there, just I noticed the category areas are locked and a message that said the support forum had changed and a link to the Invision Board.

The actual Snitz design is very nice, but the fact that they are now promoting the Invision Board over the Snitz forum, is a bit ironic.

Just to clarify some things here.
My support forum for my Free Dreamweaver Templates has been moved to a new board ONLY because the site I have moved to utilized PHP, and my script has pre built in integration with invision board. This does NOT mean I am giving up Snitz. I have large plans for my forum at http://www.robbear7.com/designer/forum/ . The board will not be removed.
Also, I am not promoting Invision Board over Snitz. I love both boards. It's simple, if someone needs support, they can visit the new support forum at my new site.
I am not abandoning Snitz in any way, and plan on continuing to contribute to my CSS conversion of Snitz. As a matter of fact, I have an open category for discussing Snitz and CSS. I guess I will move it to the top to make it more easily noticed.
And last of all, let's not forget that different forums work better for different sites.
To sum things up, I have not left Snitz Forum, Snitz is still the preferred forum of choice for me and my forum will not be removed, but will be put to use once again very shortly. How could I abandon such an awesome group of people here at the Snitz forum?
Edit: Also, if any of you are already using my CSS version of Snitz and would like a copy of the source to add the moderation list under the forum listing, let me know, I'll be happy to provide that. |

I'm such a dork. I posted the wrong domain in my earlier post. Thank you Richard for clarifying. I have edited my post to reflect to the correct URL. |

Robbie, that link is no longer working. Is there a different link that we can use, or is the site down? |

Robbie no longer has a Snitz forum. He now uses a PHP based forum.

Yes, I know that. But, in his post on page 1 of this topic, he said that the forum was not going to be removed. If it was removed, then I will need to update the Hall of Fame page and remove the dead link that is there. |
